My Collections Report shows transactions under No Name

Question

When I do a Collections report I see a list of Journals under 'No Name', why?

Answer

When you condense your data file it creates general journal transactions which have an Accounts Receivable line but no customer name assigned to it. The collections report finds these transactions but as they have no names associated with them it groups them together under the heading of 'No Name'.

If you do not wish to see these transactions on the report;
1) Click 'Modify Report'.
2) Select the 'Filters' tab.
3) Filter the report for 'Name: All Customer/Jobs'.
    Now the 'No Name' entry won't appear on the report.

How did we do?

Editing leave hours on a previous pay does not reflect on the Leave Accrual Reports.

Leave Liability Report uses incorrect rate for ADP leave
