Question

When I try to open POS I get the following error: Runtime Error 430 Class Does Not Support Automation Or Does Not Support Selected Interface.

Answer

This error occurs when the wrong service packs are installed on the wrong version of POS. Uninstall and Reinstall POS and POS Admin without installing the Service Packs. Once running correctly you can download and install the correct service packs.
