Payroll Premier Payslips show ACN instead of ABN number

Legacy KB ID: 4859

Question

Why does the payslip slow the company’s ACN number instead of the ABN number?  I have entered both the ACN and ABN numbers correctly into their respective filed in File > Company Information > Numbers.

Answer

“Plain” and “Classic” type payslips incorrectly show the ACN number instead of the ABN number.  The “Graphics” type payslips show the ABN correctly.

Workaround

Use a “Graphics” style payslip

To change a payslip style:

1.    File > Preferences > Printing.

2.    In Pay Slip Style, click the dropdown box for Style and select Graphics.

Additional Information

ABN and ACN numbers are related.  The ABN has an additional 2 digits in front of the ACN number.

How did we do?

Last pay not accepted in SuperLink upload

When Editing Pays I choose Pay Period as 2 but when I go back in to edit it has defaulted back to 1.
