Invite employees from Reckon One to view and edit details in Reckon Mate

Learn how to use Reckon One to invite employees to view and edit their details (including viewing payslips and leave balances) in the free Reckon Mate app.

You need to invite your employees to Reckon Mate before they can use it. This article describes how to do this from Reckon One. You can also invite employees to Reckon Mate from the Reckon Payroll mobile application.

Invite an employee to Reckon Mate

1. Go to Payroll, then Payroll settings, then Reckon Mate invitations, and click +Invite next to the employee. Or you can go to Payroll, then Employees, and in the employee profile under the employee's name, select Invite to Reckon Mate.
2. An email will be sent out to the employee to download the Reckon Mate app. This will be sent to the email address recorded in the employee's details.
3. The employee will now show under Pending invitations section.

Using Reckon Mate

Employees can learn about viewing and editing their details in Reckon Mate.
