Question

I lost my logos and fonts on custom forms when I upgraded. How do I get them back?

Answer

QuickBooks 2002 has a feature, which allows you to create multiple custom forms through templates that you can copy and modify. If you added a logo or customised your fonts on a form in an earlier version of QuickBooks, and you upgrade to 2002, you need to recreate these custom settings in a template for that form.
