How do I delete an unwanted processed pay.

Question

How do I delete an unwanted processed pay ?

Answer

To delete the pay(s):

1)Select the employee list and click on show pays.

2)Highlight the unwanted pay and click on the delete button.

3) Repeat this for each employee.

When reprocessing be sure to untick 'Preserve pay Dates' from the dates tab.
