Emailing from the new Reckon Accounts Hosted freezes

Why can’t I send emails from Hosted? I make my selections of emails to send, click Send and then nothing happens.

Click Alt+PageUp to see the hidden email form.

Or Fn + Option + Up arrow in MAC.

The Issue

You may experience this issue when you have your email preferences set to Display each email when sending more than one.

At times the email window will open behind the Reckon Accounts Hosted screen, so that it is not visible to you.

Workaround

Windows

Click on Alt+PageUp to bring the hidden screen to the foreground.

MAC

Or Fn + Option + Up arrow in MAC.

Or, Click on the minimize/maximize button in the top right (the middle of the three buttons)
