Qbattr32.dll or txncore.dll error when deleting a transaction.

Question

Why do I get an error in module qbattr32.dll, or module txncore.dll, when I try to delete a transaction from my Bank register?

Answer

This error will occur when you go into a Bank Register and try to delete a cheque created by paying employees online.

To delete cheques created for online employees;

1) Zoom into the transaction in the bank register by double clicking the transaction.

2) Go to the 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete Payroll Cheque'.

Note: You will only be able to delete a Payroll Cheque if it is from the last run pay for that employee.
