"An error occurred while processing your request or the page you last visited does not exist anymore" when create/view a TPAR report
ISSUE:
When trying to create or view a TPAR report, I received an error message: "An error occurred while processing your request or the page you last visited does not exist anymore".
There are a few possible issues:
- Same address type showing multiple times in Supplier record. IE shipping address shows twice.
- In the backend, the address type ID has not been stored correctly.
How can I fix this issue?
SOLUTION:
Issue 1: Multiple address types in supplier record- please follow instructions below.
- Remove the duplicate address type for the affected Supplier/s.

- Try to create/view TPAR report again. This should fix the issue.
Issue 2: If you do not have any suppliers with multiple address type inside the supplier record - please follow instructions below.
- Open Suppliers' profile who have TPAR enabled and click "Save & Close".

- Try to create/view TPAR report again, the issue should now be resolved.
