How can I change the name of my company file in Reckon Accounts Hosted?

Solution / Workaround:

You can change the name for your company file following the below instructions.

Detailed steps:

1. Login to Reckon Accounts hosted, but do not open your company file yet.
2. Click on the My Files on the toolbar.
3. Select your Q folder and locate your company file you wish to rename
4. Place a tick and go to Actions > Rename
5. Change the filename then click on the checkmark to save your changes
