Question

Why isn't my group report updating?

Answer

When an X-Report is produced during the day (i.e. they process end of day without resetting) and then the user produces a Group Report at different intervals during the day using an X read, the data never updates after producing the first report. Most of the figures stay the same as the First X read of the day.

This is a known issue, and is being addressed by development.
