Reckon One: Share with a Partner

 

Please click here for instructions if a Reckon Partner wants to purchase a subscription on behalf of a client.

 

To link your Store with a Partner, follow the below steps:

  1. Login to Portal
  2. Go to Reckon Cloud POS Dashboard
  3. Next to your Store name, click on the ellipsis menu (...) and click Share with > Partner
  4. Enter the partner's username/email address and click SHARE
  5. Once your Store is linked, now you have the option if you want to give access to your Store as well. To provide the Partner with your Store permission, simply choose the appropriate application permission level from the drop-down menu after you click "EDIT" button
  • Management & Cashier: Shared User can access both Management System and Cash Register(s)
  • Cashier Only: Shared User can only access Cash Register(s)
  • No Access: Store will NOT be shared with the User, but be linked only
  1. You will be presented with the below screen where you can make further changes if it's required.
  2. If you click on REMOVE, it will remove both Partner link and application access. If you want to remove application access only, click on "EDIT" > change the permission to "No Access"
  3. To find out if your Store is connected to a Partner, simply click on ellipsis menu next to your Store name (...) > Share with... > Partner. You can modify application permission (EDIT) and remove Partner link from here (REMOVE).
Note for Reckon Partners:
 
Reckon Partners can find their client's information under "Partners" section

Reckon Partner can find the shared Store of their client under Reckon Cloud POS Dashboard > Shared with me tab
