Reckon Accounts Desktop: PAYG and Super do not update correctly

Question
If I prepare a pay and close the Review Paycheque window, then make a change like the date, go back into Review Paycheque window and change the Gross Pay, the PAYG and Super does not change. Why?
Answer
After you have closed the Review Paycheque window, to make a change in the Review Paycheque window, you must click on Unlock Net Pay to make changes in Gross to flow through to dependent payroll items and onto the Net Pay.
You must also do this if you are editing an existing payrun.
Solution
When you return to the Review Paycheque window, click on Unlock Net Pay first before making changes.
