Question

Why can’t I print the ABA file the way I used to?  On the new Reckon Accounts Hosted I get an error:  “This action is restricted. For more information, please contact your System Administrator”

 

Answer

Reckon Apologises for the inconvenience of this error.  Our technicians are investigating the issue.

 

Workaround

Use the PrntScrn function on the keyboard to print the display view.  If you have a large number of transactions you may need to make a couple of prints and scroll down the screen.
