Template selection not retained

Question

When I change the template for an invoice, why does Reckon Accounts revert the template to a Standard Template for the next transaction?

Answer

You will experience this issue if you have signed on to this computer with an account that does not have Administrator privileges.

 

Workaround

Either, log on to this computer with an Administrator account;

Or, launch Reckon Account by right-clicking the icon and selecting Run as administrator (you will need to enter an administrator username and password).
