If you are currently using QuickBooks 2008/09 (R3), the QuickBooks Letter Templates do not get updated when applying QuickBooks 2008/09 SP2 (R8)
The updated QuickBooks Letter Templates is available via the link below:
library.reckon.com.au/library/zip/QuickBooks_Letter_Templates.zip- Click on the link
- Save the file on your Desktop
- Once the download is complete and you have located the file on desktop, double click QuickBooks Letter Templates.zip
- Extract the contents to your desktop
- Copy the required QuickBooks Letter Templates and paste them into the default location
- Windows XP
Default 2008/09 location > C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files\QuickBooks Letter Templates
- Windows Vista
Default 2008/09 location > C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files\QuickBooks Letter Templates
