Question

Why can’t I find the Paid Invoices Report in the Reports Centre or under the Reports menu option?

Answer

The Paid Invoices Report is a new report introduced in the QuickBooks 2011/12 Edition.  It is only accessible through the Company Snapshot module.  Once viewed the report can be memorized and retrieved from the Reports Centre and the Reports menu.

Workaround

1.    View Invoice Payment Status in the Payments tabs of the Company Snapshot;

2.    Select the time frame from the dropdown menu

3.    Click on the green section of the pie-chart to open the Paid Invoices Report

4.    Memorise the report.
