Side Navigation Menu

 

The side navigation menu options displayed will be dependent on the modules active in the book (below are the menus available when all modules are active). The side navigation menu can be expanded to reveal sub menus.

 


The vertical side navigation menu can be minimised (or expanded) by clicking on the arrow in the top right. 

Themes

You can customise the colour theme of your book by clicking the user name and choose a different colour.

You can also build your custom theme.

Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a snap shot of the business via customisable widgets. The widgets displayed will be dependent on the modules active in the book and are specific to each user’s profile.

You can click on the Move icon () and drag the widgets around the screen. Click on Widget settings () to customise the graphs and periods displayed. Click on Refresh to display new settings.

Click on the graph or diagram and the relating report will be launched right from the dashboard. 

You can select the widgets displayed by clicking on Customise dashboard bottom right of screen.

 

Select / unselect in the Available Widgets list. Click on Save to return to the Dashboard.

 

 

 

Breadcrumbs are now on all pages at the top left of each screen.  This lets you quickly see where you are, and navigate back hierarchies easily, without having to revisit the vertical navigation menu again.

 

 

Quick Add menu

You can also quickly navigate using the Quick Add drop down menu (+).

 The options displayed will be dependent on the modules that are active within the book.

Administration

The Administration drop down menu  is for the Chart of Accounts and all the Settings in Reckon One. 

 

The Settings displayed will be dependent on the modules that are active within the book.
