Reckon Accounts Personal Range: "You have too many data files to list them all" error

Question
How do I get rid of the pop-up message:
The most recently used files list can only show the first 50 files in this directory. You have too many data files to list them all.
When I click on OK the message disappears and I can use Reckon Accounts.
Answer
The message is telling you there are more than 50 files in this directory and they cannot be shown by Reckon Accounts.
Workaround
You will need to remove some files from this directory.
In Windows Explorer:
- Create a new folder
- Copy and Paste files not required from the Reckon Accounts directory to the new directory.
