Record a Transfer between Reckon Accounts Personal not showing on the No Tax Code Assigned report

Question

Why aren't the transfer(s) showing on the No Tax Code Assigned Report when recording a transfer between Reckon Accounts Personal?

Answer

In order to show the transfers on the No Tax Code Assigned Report, follow the steps below:

  1. From the account register, locate and select the transfer.
  2. Click the Split button.
  3. Click OK
  4. Re-save the transaction by clicking the Enter button.
  5. Re-generate the No Tax Code Assigned Report - Reports > Business > No Tax Code Assigned Report
  6. Click Customize
  7. Modify the date range.
  8. From the Advanced tab, select Include All from the Transfers drop-down list.
  9. Click OK

The report will now display the transfer(s).
