Manage My Account screens have empty boxes

Question

Why do the option boxes on the various functions in Manage My Account appear empty? 

 

Answer

You may experience this issue if you have recently upgraded to Internet Explorer v10.

 

Workaround

You need to set your Internet Explorer to use Compatibility View:

  1. Close Internet Explorer to terminate the logon attempt.
  2. Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Compatibility View Settings;
  3. In Add this website, enter hosted.reckon.com/* and click Add;
  4. Enter reckon.com.au/* and click Add;
  5. Click Close.

You should now be able to view Reckon webpages in full. 

 

How did we do?

Copy and Paste function is not working on Reckon accounts Hosted when using in Mac.

Files saved to the new Reckon Accounts Hosted disappear.
