When I update share prices the following error message appears: Error 5 Unable to load dynamic link library.
Answer
Reckon Accounts Personal requires certain .DLL (Dynamic Link Library) files in order to attain the share prices. If these are missing for any reason, it is likely due to antivirus or firewall settings interfering with the installation of Reckon Accounts Personal/Reckon Accounts Home & Business.
To amend this issue, you will need to uninstall and re-install Reckon Accounts Personal Range.
We recommend turning your antivirus or firewall off during the re-installation process.
