Question

Why do group items that include a discount use an incorrect price in QuickPOS?

Answer

When you have the discount item included in the Group instead of having the discount item as part of the group it replaces the discount with whatever item was above the discount in the Group.

If you have a Subtotal and a discount in the Group Item whichever item was above the Subtotal in the Group will be used three times replacing both the Subtotal and the discount.

To Resolve this, remove the Discount item from the Group Item and Transfer to POS.

When you sell a Group item select the Group item and then select the Discount item and this will work out the correct price.
