Question

Why do I get the error message C=47 when I try to modify a report?

Answer

This can occur when the report you are trying to modify on Gross instead of Net.

Even though an error has been generated, your changes will be saved - however, the screen must be manually refreshed or your new changes will not be seen.

To avoid this issue change your report from Gross to Net:

1. Go to Edit.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Go to Reports and Graphs.
4. Under Company Preferences, change Default Reporting from Gross to Net.
5. Press OK to save.
