Why am i receiving a Run time error 5 upon doing an end of day?

Question

When in QuickPOS, and doing an end of day transaction, the program halts and it seems to produce a run time error 5 message then a MSVBVM60.DLL error.

Please proceed to FAQ ID#: Q1189

Note: Please ensure that you have Backup Copies of your datafile, and also have your License Keys for QuickPOS and QuickPOS Admin before continuing.

Please Proceed:

1) Go into your START MENU and Click on "RUN"

2) Type in REGEDIT, and press "OK".

3) You will now see a new window, with an exploring bar on the left handside. Now go into by double clicking on the folders into :
> HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > VB and VBA Software Programs > QuickPOS Administrator
When you get here, there will be folders in regards to registration.
Delete the Registration directory.

4)Open QuickPOS Administrator and re-enter the licence and registration details. Then continue on as normal.
