Reckon Accounts Hosted does not remember backup location and options

Question

Why doesn’t Reckon Accounts Hosted remember my backup location and options?  It always defaults to Q:\ drive and to remind me after every 4 closings. 

Answer

Every time you log onto Reckon Accounts Hosted you will log onto a different server, so the full computer path back to your company files will be different for each login.  That makes it difficult to maintain the location of backup files.  Consequently, Reckon Account Hosted is programmed to show the default path to backups as Q:\ only.  Other configuration settings will also not be saved.
