Payment Summaries disappear from Send Forms in Accounts Business 2014.

Question

Why can’t I see the Payment Summaries I recently prepared and sent for email?

 

Answer

Prepare the Payment summaries and send them immediately.

 

The Issue

This problem may be experienced by users in a multi-user environment.

If you prepare Payment Summaries for emailing and do not send them immediately, and another user accesses the Send Forms area, when you go into Send Forms, the Payment summaries you prepared are no longer visible. 

Users who do not prepare the Payment Summaries will not be able to see them in the Send Forms area.

 

Workaround

Prepare the Payment summaries again and email them immediately.
