Cancel your Reckon One subscription

Learn how to cancel (deactivate) your Reckon One subscription.

When you cancel your Reckon One subscription, you will continue to have full access to your book until your next subscription renewal date. This will be followed by a 60 day period of read-only access.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Login to Reckon Customer Portal.
  2. Find your Reckon One book.
  3. Click on the ellipses (3 dots) ⁝ on the book's tile and Choose Settings.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to Cancel your subscription ().
  5. Choose from the options to get help or click on Cancel now.
  6. Choose a reason(s) for cancellation and/or give us any extra feedback, then click Cancel subscription. You need to choose a reason to cancel.
  7. A message will show telling you that your subscription will be cancelled and when full access will end.
  8. Select Close.
  9. While you still have full access to the book, you can click Restart subscription to quickly and easily restart your subscription. Once full access ends, you can click on Resubscribe to go through the subscription process again.
