Unable to Print GST 101 Form

ISSUE

When trying to print GST 101 form, I received an error message: "Reckon Accounts cannot detect a compatible version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which it requires to view this report. To install a copy, please browse your Accounts installation CD for this application".

ANSWER

This could be because there is no Adobe Acrobat reader detected/installed in your computer or you have installed the 64bit version.

SOLUTION

Uninstall your current Adobe version and re-install Adobe Acrobat Reader 32bit version.

You should now be able to print GST 101 form.
