Invalid vendor account error when processing a PayPal transaction

Question

Why won’t Reckon Accounts process a credit card transaction?  I keep getting an error that the vendor account is invalid.

Answer

The error message is generated by PayPal when there is an irregularity with your account.  You will need to call PayPal to sort out the account issues.

How did we do?

Remittance Advice in a foreign amount still has an A$ symbol.

Reckon Accounts freezes or crashes when accessing a form like Invoice or Adjustment Note
