Reckon Accounts error message when customising a template: Invalid font weight. Please call Reckon technical support

When attempting to customise a template, selecting a Colour Scheme then applying it results in an error message.

"Invalid font weight. Please call Reckon technical support"

When that error message comes up, click the OK button as many times as necessary until it no longer appears. (typically 5 to 8 times)

Click on the "Additional Customisation..." button.

 

If/When that error message comes up again, click the OK button as many times as necessary until it no longer appears. (typically 5 to 8 times)

Then click the Default button.

 

When the "Default Customisation" dialog screen appears, click the OK button.

Once you do that, you can then continue on and modify the template further as needed.

Once done, click on the OK button

This process may need to be repeated for any other templates that you are modifying.
