Question

Why am I unable to print barcodes / product labels in Retail Point of Sale 2008/09 using Windows Vista?

Answer

In order to print your barcodes / labels, the Product List must contain a vertical scroll bar.

To do this;

• Open Retail Point of Sale Administrator
• Click on the Products icon
• Click the Restore down button to minimise the Products list window
• Reduce the window until a vertical scroll bar is visible

You will now be able to print your barcodes / labels.
