Cannot select new account in Loan Manager

Question

Why can’t I select the new account for interest charges or fees in Loan Manager?

Answer

When you open Loan Manager it will use the accounts available at that time.  If you create a new account while the Loan Manager is open, that account will not be available for selection.

 

Solution

Close Loan Manager and reopen it and the new accounts will be available for selection.
