Reckon Desktop POS: Delete duplicate transctions

Question

How can I delete a duplicate transcation entered through Reckon Desktop POS?

Answer

A processed transaction can not be directly deleted out of POS Terminal. When transferred to Reckon Accounts, the transaction will be recorded as a Sales Receipt.

The transaction can be deleted once it has been transferred to Reckon Accounts Desktop.

To delete the transaction:

  1. In the Reckon Accounts Desktop, go to Sales Receipts.
  2. Click Previous until the desired transaction is displayed.
  3. Go to the Edit menu, then select Delete Sales Receipt/Tax Invoice.
