One Step Update is missing several days of data

Question

After a few days of no share price updates I was finally able to update, but I only got one day’s worth.  What about the other days?

Answer

Due to unannounced changes to the supply of data from our provider, One Step Update was not able to provide share price updates. 

Reckon has now implemented a temporary update procedure.  This procedure supplies only the previous day’s data.  You will need to update your price history daily (normal updates provided 5 days of data) to ensure you do not miss any future day’s data.

Price History will be ready for download the following morning. 

 

Once this temporary process is confirmed, Reckon will make the missing days available in separate download which you will be able to access from a knowledgebase article.   Please check here regularly.

Restoring One Step Update to its normal functionality remains a priority with our Development Team.
