Printing Payment Summaries for employees marked for email only

Question

My employees have their Preferred Send Method set to ‘Email’, but I want to give them a printed copy of their Payment Summaries.  What’s the most efficient way of doing this?

Answer

Normally to be able to print a payment summary your employee’s Preferred Send Method must be set to either Print or Both.

If your employees are set to Email and you want to only print the payment summaries, you can follow this shortcut:

·         On the top Menu line click on Employees, then Process Payment Summaries , and select ATO Magnetic Media (Empdupe) – a table with all your employees appears.

·         Tick all employees then select Preview

·         Click on Print – all your ticked Payment Summaries will print out.
