Blue line in a QuickBooks register

Question

Why do I sometimes see a blue line a couple of entries above the bottom of a Register?

Answer

In a Quickbooks Register, entries below a blue line are entries made forward of the current computer date. 

 

Solution

Check the computer clock that it is showing the current date.  Adjust to the correct date if necessary.

If the computer clock is correct and transactions still appear below a blue line, then examine those transactions for date accuracy, and where necessary, change accordingly.
