Important information about Hosted data file retrieval

If you need to access the Hosted platform while we perform the analysis or other work on your case, you can do so.

As part of the retrieval process we have reset the password for the Hosted Username you have provided.

After the retrieval you will receive a notification email with a new temporary password.

The subject line of that message will be "Reckon Online Reset Password notification".

If did not receive it, check your junk mail folder.

Alternatively, you can reset the Hosted login password by clicking the Forgotten password link on the Reckon Accounts Hosted login page so that you receive a new password reset notification.
