Question

Why is the alignment incorrect when printing Cheques with remittance in Reckon Account?

Answer

We only support pre-printed forms via forms express. The correct Stock code number should be 05047 and this number can be found on the bottom of the form.

If the alignment is still incorrect, you will need to check your printer settings:

Click on the File menu > Printer Setup

From the 'Form name' drop down menu, select 'Cheque/Pay Cheque'.

If the correct printer is selected click 'options'.

Locate the paper size. If A4(210 by 297) is selected then change it to Letter (8.5 x 11") or vice versa.
