Leave Liability Report does not show custom names for Other1 and Other2 leave categories

Why does QuickBooks continue to show Other1 and Other2 leave categories on the Leave Liability Report after I have changed them in the Preferences?

The Leave Liability Report will not show the new titles until the file is closed and reopened after the change was made.

Detailed Instructions

1. Change the Other1 and Other2 name in Employee & Payroll preferences;

2. Close the Leave Liability report;

3. Close the company file;

4. Reopen the company file;

5. Generate the Leave Liability Report again and it will show the new titles.
