Leave Liability Report uses incorrect rate for ADP leave

Question

Why does the Leave Liability Report show an incorrect value for outstanding ADP leave?

 

Answer

The ADP rate is calculated on the previous 4weeks pays, so it is not possible to say what rates will be applicable at any time in the future.  QuickBooks will use the hourly rate of pay instead.
