Customers ABA file will not import into the bank account.

Question

Why cant I import an ABA into my bank account?

Answer

Customer is trying to import an ABA file to bank account when an error occurs. This is caused by the fact an APCA number has not been included in the ABA. Despite the fact the APCA number is supposed to be defaulting from the preferences setup, it appears not to be.

To fix this the customer will have to add an APCA number to each bank account in the chart of accounts. This will then override the preferences default and the file should then import fine.
