Sharing your Intuit QuickBooks Online lists and transactions data

The conversion teams need access to your source Intuit QuickBooks Online data

If you only want a free standard migration, then follow the guide to export the Lists and send it to the Standard Conversion Team.

How to export Lists and Reports data from Intuit QuickBooks Online

This allows the Standard Conversion Team to perform the free migration of Lists.

Below are the available list types that can be migrated.

  • Chart of Accounts list
  • Items list
  • Customer contact list
  • Supplier contact list
  • Employee list

If you want Account Balances to be migrated as part of a custom conversion, also export the Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Customer Balance Summary and Supplier Balance Summary reports.

If you would like a custom conversion that includes data such as individual bills, invoices, journals or payment transactions, then you will need also to share access to your QBO company data.

​Invite the Reckon Custom Conversion Team using their email address which is:

reckon_support@odyssey-resources.com

We recommend that you copy/paste that email address since there is an underscore character _ between the words reckon and support in that email address
