Job Profitability Detail Report shows incorrect Super amounts for Jobs

Question

Why is the Job Profitability Detail Report showing incorrect amounts for super payments when the Job Profitability Summary Report shows the correct amounts?  Why is Super being attributed to overtime earnings when none was attributed to it in the payrun?  The pay has been processed with the correct amounts. 

Answer

The problem appears to be isolated to the reporting module and only to the Detail level; the Summary report is correct.  The total of the Super amounts is correct, only the apportionment of individual super amounts is incorrect.

Other reports and parts of Reckon Accounts are not affected by this error. 

Workaround

Export the Job Profitability Detail Report to Excel and modify the Super amounts to their correct amounts.
