Question

Why does the Job Progress Invoices vs Estimates report shows 'X' in Active column for all estimates, whether they are active or not?

Answer

To get around this issue, do not print the report directly but save the report as a PDF file and then print the PDF copy.

 

With the Job Progress Invoices vs Estimates report open:

1.    File > Save As PDF;

2.    Select a location to save the file and enter a name in File Name;

3.    Click OK to Save;

4.    Open the PDF document and print.
