Cannot upload a customized SuperLink Export Report to the SuperLink website

Legacy KB ID: 4471

Question

I am uploading a customized SuperLink Export Report, but the SuperLink website rejects it.  Normal uploads are accepted.

Answer

When you customize a SuperLink Export Report, the date range shown in the top left of the report may not conform to the date format expected by the SuperLink website.

Where the date range is not from the first of the month to the last of the month, then the range may appear in the format:  Oct 1,’11 – Feb 22,’12.  The apostrophe character ( ‘ ) is not recognised by the SuperLink website and the report is rejected.

Workaround

Use date ranges that start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.
