Adding a new Group


Click the + New Group button, which opens the Create new group pane with the Users tab selected.


Give the group a unique name, then select the Users you wish to be members of this group. Next click the Folder access tab, which then displays your company's folder structure.


The default folder access level is None. Expand this folder structure, and select the access levels you wish for each folder.


The levels cascade down through the sub-folders when they are applied, so settings are applied from the top-level down.


Once the access levels have been set appropriately, click Create group to create the new group, or Cancel to abandon this process.


You should now have a new Group.
