Caps Lock Is Not Working

Question

I have caps lock turned on but when I type somewhere into my Reckon Accounts Hosted data file, it doesn't display characters in capital letters. It is effecting me logging into my data file correctly and is saying I have the incorrect password. How can I fix this?

Solution 1:


Clear your web browsing cache


1. Log out of Reckon Accounts Hosted

2. Clear the cache on the web browser you are using

3. Log back into Reckon Accounts Hosted


Solution 2:

Instead of using caps lock, hold down shift + your intended letter.
