Which Merchant Services Does Reckon Cloud POS Integrate With?

With Reckon Cloud POS you don't need to integrate directly with a merchant service. You can continue using your existing EFTPOS terminal to capture payments. If you require a merchant account or the EFTPOS terminal please contact your financial institution.

Once you have your EFTPOS machine, you can name it and set it as active.

 

These changes will be reflected in the Cash Register

 

Reckon Cloud POS integrates with PayPal. You can set this up by going into the Management System > Preferences > Payment Providers > PayPal

 

Can I Use My Current Merchant Service Provider?

Yes. You would create your sale in Reckon Cloud POS, enter the payment amount into your EFTPOS terminal, then have the customer swipe the card on the external terminal. Reckon Cloud POS will keep a full record of the sale, but will not automatically enter the transaction amounts into the EFTPOS terminal or keep the credit card details. Your EFTPOS terminal receipt will show the dollar amount being approved and Reckon Cloud POS will show the itemised receipt.
