Cancel Subscription - Reckon One

Deactivating your subscription will not delete any data. The POS store will be in read only mode for 7 years. You can reactivate your subscription at any time.

There is a Deactivate your subscription section in the POS Store's Portal subscriptions.

To access yourPOS store's subscriptions at any time, go to Portal > and to the right of the POS store name, select the

Then, Manage your subscriptions 

Once you are in the Manage your subscriptions pop-up window, click on the green switch> Select a reason from the drop down list and enter in comments> click Submit.
